A Journey Built on Experience and Respect
With fifty years in the saddle and thirty-five years working professionally as a groom, my practice is built on a lifetime of learning from horses, not just working with them.
I’m ATI certified through the ABTC and BHS trained, but the real education has always come from standing quietly in a stable doorway, facial expression, and body language.
My work centres on positive reinforcement, ethical science based training, and a deep respect for equine communication. I don’t believe in forcing a horse through a problem. I believe in listening until the horse feels safe enough to offer the answer.
